- So who says they'd have to pay it all at once? The cable companies could
- offer an option to buy it in time-payments, automatically added to the
- montly cable services bill. One of my friends buys most of his stuff by
- taking "loan" options on his Hydro (electricity) and other services bills.
- Helps him minimize the number of payments he must write each month. Also
- helps keep him squarely in debt, but that's another story.
