  19.   So who says they'd have to pay it all at once? The cable companies could
  20. offer an option to buy it in time-payments, automatically added to the
  21. montly cable services bill. One of my friends buys most of his stuff by
  22. taking "loan" options on his Hydro (electricity) and other services bills.
  23. Helps him minimize the number of payments he must write each month. Also
  24. helps keep him squarely in debt, but that's another story.

  26.   And, Jason, US consumers already pay more for the "box" they already have
  27. attached to their cable ---> the television! <grin>
